Today was the 47th Barcolana. About 1700 sailing boats participated in today’s sailing festival. This is the most crowded sailing competition I have ever seen, maybe you remember the scene from the movie Troy. It was a magnificent event. I had a wonderful sight from Napoleonica, which is high in the mountains. There was a lot of crowd everywhere, in Opicina, Piazza Unita, Barcola, to watch the event. The winner of the competition was Robertissima III.
